HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN

Contact us via email at support@machairsystems.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Repackage the item(s) as received, ensuring they are securely boxed.
Send the package to the provided address, clearly indicating the contents.

Please note: We are not responsible for shipping costs or any incurred duty fees, which will be deducted from your refund.
We are not liable for any lost returns.

REFUND PROCESS

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return. Keep in mind that your bank may require an additional 3 to 10 business days to credit the amount back to your account.

ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS

Only stock items are eligible for return or exchange.
Products must be in their original condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, without signs of use, styling products, or odors).
Custom orders and clearance items are not eligible.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
