SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer the following shipping options: DHL, FedEx, and OCS.
Maritime transport is available for batch orders.

SHIPPING FEE

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on package weight.
Packages weighing less than 0.5 kg: $20 to $35, depending on the destination and chosen shipping option.
Packages weighing less than 1 kg: $25 to $35, depending on the destination and chosen shipping option.
Packages weighing less than 1.5 kg: $30 to $45, depending on the destination and chosen shipping option.
Packages weighing less than 2 kg: $35 to $50, depending on the destination and chosen shipping option.
For packages over 2 kg, our sales team will provide a freight quote based on the actual weight, destination, and chosen shipping option.

PROCESSING TIME

Stock products: Orders may take 1-3 business days to process before shipping.
Custom orders: The estimated delivery time will be provided before placing the order.

TAX OR DUTY

Macro Hair Systems is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or additional charges for international deliveries.
Refused international packages will be refunded 50% of the product amount.
Shipping carriers may pay duties and taxes on your behalf, which will be invoiced to you after delivery.
Contact your country’s customs office or tax agent for specific charges and rates on importing hair products.

AUTOMATIC RETURNS AND WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

A 50% handling fee will be charged for shipments returned due to incorrect addresses or refusal upon delivery.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for returns.
